The Bangor JV Volleyball Team defeated Fennville last night (25-14, 25-21) led by Hannah Hiatt’s outstanding serving in the second set.

The 8th grade volleyball lost a tight match yesterday to Fennville 17-25, 25-23 and 13-15.  The girls were down 3 to 13 in the final set and fought back to 13-14.  They did a good job on running the offense again finishing with 8 kills out of 23 attempts and 5 assists out of 13

From Coach Spade: The freshman volleyball team played well last night against Saugatuck.  We ran some really nice offensive plays and our serves were on.  We lost to Saugatcuk 17-25, 10-25.

The 7th grade volleyball lost last night to Saugatuck 25-22, 21-25 and 19-25.  Samantha Zordan, Elisabeth Jackson and Estefania Alcaraz did an excellent job serving.  The lady Vikes played well using their offense.  Missed serves helped contribute to the loss.  The team is now 5-2 in their season.  They play Fennville on Monday.

The 8th grade volleyball team won their third match of the season defeating Saugatuck yesterday by the scores of 25-22, 25-19 and 20-25.  The  girls played some awesome ball by running the offense, being aggressive, going after balls and serving.  They finished with 17 aces, 8 kills and 6 assists!  Ciara Capps led with total

The JV Volleyball Team defeated Gobles last night with an exciting come-from-behind victory. After losing the first set 21-25 the Lady Vikings won the second set 25-15. They were down 5-10 in the tie-breaker third set and went on an awesome 10-3 run to win 15-13 on a wonderful team effort.
